VISITS
Our normal working hours are 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We provide an emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition to our normal working hours, we also provide evening visits two days a week and Saturday morning appointments twice a month. These visits book up quickly so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
Our standard visit charge is £40. We try our best to give you an accurate time for your visit and will contact you if we're running more than 15 minutes late.
Out of hours supplement is £32 which is charged outside of our normal working hours (8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday) excluding pre arranged evening, early morning or Saturday visits.
ZONE VISITS
Zone Visits are charged at £25 (£12.50 per person if two clients, £10 each if three or more clients) – see our services pages for more information.
YARD VISIT SCHEME
If you're on a livery yard with more than five registered clients, why not join the Yard Visit Scheme where we visit your yard each month on a set day and time. There is no visit fee for these visits which means clients never have to pay visit fees routine work or minor niggles. See our services page for more information on yard visits.
